Screen Shield

Screen Shield is a remote security agent for Cafe Manager. It is available for free and does not require registration. By utilizing Shield you can take total control over a remote PC and eliminate all unauthorized and unexpected use of the PC. You can fit Shield into your business environment by displaying your own images and specific messages.  
Shield can perform the following actions:

• Lock/Unlock remote system
• Restart remote system
• Shutdown remote system

Through Shield’s menu you can modify the following options:

• Edit Text Message to display
• Select Screen Image to display
• Shield’s start up options (i.e. Start Shield when Windows starts, etc.)

As Shield is going to be run on a client system access to its menu is password protected. You will be asked to create a password in order to avoid unauthorized use of Shield.

Communication between Cafe Manager and Shield is a "One way link". This means that if you unlock client system manually from Shield, this will not be reflected in Cafe Manager. To start timer and unlock client PC at the same time you have to  use Cafe Manager only.
