Charge rates:
Simple
With Simple charge type rates applied as they entered.
Time slices do not link to each other. If time exceeded the last entry - last entry will be used to calculate the charge.

Example
For the rates as entered on a picture:
If customer spent 8 minutes, he will be charged $8.00 ( 8*0.10) Between 5 and 10 minutes we selected to charge by minute;
For 70 minutes charge will be $6.00; Between 60 and 120 minutes charge $6.00
For 320 and more charge will be calculated by one minute with the rate of 0.04
Rates (rows)
There is no limit on how many entries (Rows) you can add. You can fine-tune you charge settings up to 1 minute.
Maximum allowed time entry is 1440 minutes (24 hours); Minimum - 1 minute
Minimum charge
This amount will be charged if charge for time spent less than Minimum Charge. If you do not want to apply Minimum charge, leave filed blank or enter 0

To allow users a 'grace login time' i.e. do not charge for the first few minutes. Add first time entry with Zero charge rate. |
