Example assumes that PC-panel is used by a member and therefore the account information for the member is displayed:
- Membership is expired,
- it has 3.80 Euro in credit on the account,
- you can see transactions details.
Membership account information can be displayed by selecting Member ID from drop-down Member ID box or by searching for First or Last names. You can use (*) character when searching for First or Last names.
Balance can be changed:
manually - by typing amount in Amount +/- field. Positive value assumes credit, negative - debit
automatically, if you have member's account information dispalyed when you click Save button on PC-panel.
As soon as you have selected the member, information stays attached to the specific PC-panel, so you can safely switch between PC-panels and don't need to select member again, when you come back to the same PC-panel.
Displayed membership information can be cleared by pressing Clear button on Membership account lookup or when you clear PC-panel it self.
Membership account lookup is optional. You can leave it blank if PC occupied by a non-member or you do not want use it by any reason. Alternatively you can remove it from the screen completely.
All members have to be created through CM Membership database before you can use Membership account lookup.
