 Payment modes  
 
Cafe Manager Pro supports three major payment methods widely used in Internet cafes:
  • "Play as you Go" : Customer pays after he/she has finished using the PC. Also known as Pay and Play method. Charge will be calculated based on time spent by a customer and selected charge rate.
  • "Pre-Paid" : Customer pays before he/she starts using the PC. Member of staff have to options: If the customer wants to spend an exact amount of money, the program will calculate time based on selected charge rate. If the customer wants to spend a specific amount of time using the PC, the program will calculate the charge based on on selected charge rate.
  • "Membership, Pre-Paid" Your regular customers or members can lodge money to their accounts and then use it over a period of time until account is depleted.

 Easy to control

 Control time and computers usage from the main computer (Server). Click "Start" button in Cafe Manager and it will unlock client PC and session will start. Click "End" button and client PC will be locked - session ends.
In Pre-Paid mode client ends session automatically when time is finished. Screen Shield will lock computer and bill will be displayed in Cafe Manager.
Real time information exchange between Cafe Manager and Screen Shield. When customer click End Session on client PC  - End and Total time will be shown in Cafe Manager and staff just have to select charge rate. In Pre-Paid mode charge calculated automatically

 Print receipts
 
Receipts can be configured to include as much or as little information as you choose. Charge for time used, PC number, start and end time, sold drinks, snacks or other services. Your company logo or a text message.
Software can improve your Internet Cafe business. Use End of Shift report to keep track on shifts earnings and get information about charged items for this shift, computer and employee.
Report is generated and saved in non-editable format but as with all our reports it can be exported to MS Excel or a text document.

 Add your own logic
 
Expand functionality of software by adding your own programs, batch files into Cafe Manager. At certain key steps of Cafe Manager execution, program can execute 3rd party applications. 
For example you can write a batch file that copies log file to your web server every time when payment is made.
