Cafe Manager Logon Accounts Configuration :

 Logon Accounts:
 
Here you can set up up to 4 logon accounts. This could be useful if you have staff personnel with different responsibilities like: Manager, Supervisor and User. You can give access for different accounts to different programs and specify what functionalities are allowed for each account.
By default Admin account has access to everywhere and everything. You can not change it.

To set up a new account:
 - Select one of four accounts from the drop down list and enter a password for this account.
 - You can now give access rights to the programs and program's options

If you do not want use account - simply uncheck everything and delete the password. 
  
 Force to SignOn/Off 

 
- If selected:
Every time program starts it will present you with Sign On dialog. Program will not start until user will type his name and presses OK.
It is possible to sign more than one person. Program will add signed name(s) into a log file. During exit you will have to sign off in order to complete exit procedure. Signed off name(s) will be added into a log file.

 - If not selected:
You can still sign on/off through a Staff menu.
