Cafe Manager General Configuration :

Default Payment mode

Program will use selected control method as default when loading. You can always easily switch between two controls for every PC-panel.
  •  Pay-As-You-Go - Also known as: User pays after or Play and Pay. It means that user will pay for the time he/she spent using computer. 
  •  Pre-Paid  - Also can be referred as User pays before or Pay and Play.
    In this case user has to tell you how much money or time he/she wants to spend. Program will calculate charge based on rate for this user. After that you can click 'Start' button on PC Panels to initiate countdown.
    In this mode Minimum Time Period is ignored.

    
Receipt Print

Use receipt print - If selected, program will print the receipt when member of staff clicks Save button on PC-panel

Don't use Excel - Select this option if you want to use default, non-configurable layout of the receipt fields.

Ask before printing the receipt - If selected, Cafe Manager will "ask" for confirmation, before printing.

Select Printer - You have to specify printer to be used for printing out the receipts 

Receipt Setup - You can customize "look and feel" of the receipt.
If you do not have MS Excel installed - you cannot customize receipt. By default receipt will be printed vertically with default font available in printer
   
 Auto-recovery 


Enable Auto-recovery - Select this check box and enter amount of minutes if you wish to Cafe Manager to periodically save information about "live sessions". If Cafe Manager system crashes next time you start the program it will pick up latest saved information. 

You can also select File/Save & Exit menu if you need to exit from the program but you do not want to loose sessions information.
   

 


Currency sign - Enter Currency sign or letters you would like displayed within the program.

Number of PC-panels - Enter Number of PC-panels you want to use. Maximum number is 999. This should correspond to the numbers of client PCs in your network.
   

Integrated Membership account details

Hide Member account details - If selected, removes Member account information from Cafe Manager Pro.
