| Charge
Categories and Rates

You can have any number of different Charge Categories. Click Add Row
button to add a Category, Remove - to remove selected row.
Click Edit Charges to
specify Charge Settings for
every entered Charge Category.
Generally each Charge Category will hold a set of rates for a specific
type of customer or based on time of the day.
For example you can create a Category called Student with a cheaper set
of rates. You can also create categories where rates will be changing
depending on the time of the day or night. This can be useful if you
would like to create "Happy Hours".

Additional
Services

Enter
Name and Unit Price for additional service you have in your cafe.
You can have any numbers of additional services. Just click Add Row
- to add another row. Remove - to remove selected row.

- Together
with the settings for additional services you can have money pre-sets
like $1, $10, ¢50 etc. Simply type in your pre-sets
and change names appropriately. This my give you an extra flexibility when
charging customers.

- Please use
a dot (.) as a decimal symbol when entering rates.
If you are using non-English version of Windows, you may need to
change your Regional Settings for Number and Currency.
Go to Start Menu > Control Panel and double click on Regional Settings.
- On the Number tab please change Decimal Symbol to a dot "."
- On the Currency tab please change Decimal Separator to a dot "."
