Also known as Pay and Play method. Charge will be calculated based on time spent by a customer and selected charge rate. - "Pre-Paid" : Customer pays before he/she starts using the PC. Member of staff has to options: If the customer wants to spend an exact amount of money, the program will calculate time based on selected charge rate. If the customer wants to spend a specific amount of time using the PC, the program will calculate the charge based on on selected charge rate. - "Membership, Pre-Paid" Your regular customers or members can lodge money to their accounts and then use it over a period of time until account is depleted. If you have a membership service in your caffe, you can keep track on the memberships and members account details with CM Membership database. Database can be accessed through a separate application. At the same time Cafe Manager Pro has inbuilt functionality to monitor members account details and create transaction either manually or automatically. When member finished using a PC charges will be deducted from his account. You can print members statements with transaction details. Control time and computers usage from the main computer (Server). Click "Start" button in Cafe Manager and it will unlock client PC and session will start. Click "End" button and client PC will be locked - session ends. In Pre-Paid mode client ends session automatically when time is finished. Screen Shield will lock computer and bill will be displayed in Cafe Manager. When inactive, the Client is locked with Screen Shield. No one can access computer with out: - employee gives permission to start session, or - authorized personnel type in Admin password. Then, Server starts time and the Screen Shield unlocks the computer.
